I like to sleep in on Saturdays... and any other day that will allow me to. Often breakfast time is spent in slumber; dreaming. There is a slight dilemna with sleeping in though - missing breakfast. And by breakfast - I pretty much mean eggs on toast. Eggs on toast rates highly on my favourite foods list.
Thank goodness there is brunch. Oh brunch how I love you. Whoever invented brunch - I think you are wonderful. Thank you.
